Happy holidays Freshies family! ‘Tis the season of family, friends and food - at a distance of course!

Thanksgiving may look a little different this year, but we want to still share our gratitude for our community and support. We are so thankful for our staff and fans that make everything about Freshie’s possible. 

We have been serving fresh Maine lobster to Park City, Utah since 2009.  We started out at the Park Silly Market and farmers market and eventually expanded into a food truck that serves Park City, Midway and Salt Lake City.  After seeing the demand for lobster rolls we have decided to open a cafe to serve the Park City locals and tourists year round. We now have locations in Salt Lake City as well as in Jackson, Wyoming. We are truly grateful for the support. Without you, we wouldn't have come so far. 

We love what we do, and value providing you all with fresh lobster and enjoyable experiences. At Freshie’s we are proud to provide the working waterfront with our restaurant and give back to our home-state of Maine and tradition of sustainable lobster practices. We believe in sourcing quality ingredients for our customers and use local products whenever possible. We care about each and every one of you, and want to ensure that you’re always indulging in the most fresh, local and quality food.
